What Music Means To Me!

People change but the chords are the same. Time passes but that feeling continues. Your mood changes but there is something that never fails to make you feel good. Years pass and mindset changes (or not) but the sound remains. Your eyes waver but your ears still resound with the melody that you can´t forget.
Music. Music defines you, and you define yourself through it. You can't go without her because she is such a great friend who is there at all times, good and bad. Music is always with you, whether alone or accompanied. Soothes the pain of your loneliness and celebrates with you and the ones you love. Music is not just for you and for me, is for everyone.
Words for what when just a sound, a beat or a chord are enough?! :)

My dear friend,

There are no words to describe how much I love you, not even the size of emotional debt I have for you. I'll always try to help you, just as you have helped me in my countless hours of darkness. Today and always, I'll be there, never doubt it. I will be your haven, your shoulder to cry on, the voice of reason in your mind, I'll be your light at the end of the tunnel, just as you have been to me throughout this time, these years.
I know that you're going through a difficult phase, but believe me when I say that everything will be solved. And when I tell you not to give up, I don't say it to see you suffer, I say it because I know how much you hurt with the failure and how you weigh the tears shed on behalf of defeat. My sister, I look back in your eyes the same way by which I walked one day, so I tell you that your troubles are solvable. Just listen to my advice.
Please never give up on what you have in mind, I know you have the will to live that also exists in me, we are sisters, that's in the very particles of our soul, so I know that, like me, you also have much to give to this world.
I wish I could spend all my time with you until you're better, until I see the light shining back into your eyes. Believe that I would be delighted to do it, you know it, you know me. And you know that when I say that someone is my friend, I will do everything for that person. You know that, although that is my wish, I can not fulfill it, the same way that I can not live your life for you.
I beg you to be patient, my sister, and to now and always show the same strength, the same energy, joy and perseverance that you demonstrated when we first met.

As pessoas mudam mas os acordes são os mesmos. O tempo passa mas aquele feeling continua. O teu humor muda mas existe algo que nunca deixa de te fazer sentir bem. Os anos passam e a mentalidade muda (ou não) mas aquele som mantém.s. Os teus olhos fraquejam mas os teus ouvidos continuam a resoar com aquela melodia que não esqueces.
Música. A música define.t e tu defines.t a ti própria através dela. Não passas sem ela, porque ela é como uma grande amiga que está lá em todos os momentos, bons e maus. A música está sempre contigo, estejas sozinha ou acompanhada. Acalma a dor da tua solidão e celebra contigo e com as pessoas que amas. A música não é só para ti e para mim, é para todos.
